Q: Why do I need to have a travel insurance while I already have my life insurance? Doesn't it cover for this trip?

Travel insurance is just a suggestion for our customers just in case anything, like if your flight was canceled so you can not join the tour or vise versa due to extreme weather conditions. You do not have to purchase travel insurance if you already have insurance or do not wish to purchase travel insurance.

Q: Hi Emma, thanks for your previous answer. I'm travellng together with 3 of my friends in Vegas for a 4days conference in Aria Las Vegas. We are interested to join the above tour. Our conference starts on 19sept until 21sept around 4pm. Is it possible for pickup sevice in Aria for the 4 of us. We would be very grateful if you fulfill our request. We come from Malaysia. 22 hours of torture on the plane. For the last day in LA, besides Universal Studio can we request to visit Venice beach, Rodeo drive, Hollywood any other must see places before we board our plane at 11pm 24 Sept. 4:00PM Meet your tour guide at the Hallway next to the Buffet Restaurant of Stratosphere (2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104)/Plaza Hotel for hotel check-in (Call us the day before tour departure for the tour guide's telephone number and hotel information).
If you are not able to meet the tour guide by the 4:00PM hotel check-in, please wait until 10:30 - 11:30PM to meet with the tour guide for the late night check-in.You can select a tour from the following link if you do not visit Universal Studios, but you will need to make your own way to the tour departure location. Unfortunately, we are unable to do so with this tour, as there are many possible options for the order of the day to day itinerary. The only portion that we can be definite about is Day 1-Monday will be your Airport transfer to hotel day and Day 2-Tuesday will be your Theme park day.For Days 3-5 (Wednesday-Friday) and Days 6-8 (Saturday-Monday) the legs of the trip can vary. You may enter the hotel and go through the casino as long as you do not step into the gambling areas.
